Due to an unexpected influx of orders combined with stock/supplier issues we’ve had to pause orders on our website.
Our goal is to provide outstanding cusotmer service so we’ve had to do this for a couple days to allow us to catch up with the backlog of orders.
How to order:
- We are currently working through a 7 to 9 day backlog.
- We’ve been working around the clock, while keeping our staff safe, to get orders out to customers.
- Orders to be placed exclusively via email: info@thebrewhouse.co.za and please be patient as it might take up to 72 hours to respond to your email.
- We’ll email you to confirm if we have stock or not. If we have stock we’ll request payment for your order.
- Please note that the couriers also have a backlog to deal with.
- You’ll get a notification once your order is dispatched with the courier.
- Port Elizabeth Orders: Courier Fee is R100.
- Outside Port Elizabeth: Courier fee is R250.
