We operate a 30-day returns policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with no signs of wear.  All labels, tags, operating instructions must be intact, and the product must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

If you encounter any issues such as defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly get in touch with us. We will assess the matter and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Certain products are not eligible for return:

• Grains / Malt
• Hops
• Yeast
• CO2 cylinders, unless the packaging is unopened
• Specially ordered products
• Sale Items
• Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers
• Products customised to your specifications

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

If you wish to exchange an item promptly, the most efficient method is to initiate the return process for the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the desired replacement.

To request a return, please contact us at info@thebrewhouse.co.za. If your return is approved, we’ll furnish you with a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior notification.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Please note that it can take several days for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times vary between banks and credit card issuers.
