Chateau Cara Blond Malt is a pale Belgian caramel-style malt. Imparts light caramel aroma, toasted bread notes and provides a copper or deep golden hue to beer depending on usage. Improves head retention and foam-stability of beers.

Usage: Lagers, Pale ales and White beers. Up to 30% of the grain bill.
